Can I swap chocolate and Butter to Nutella?
I’ve tried 2 of your recipes (chewy brownies and fried rice) and both turned out amazing! Every time I make brownies, something always turns out wrong, but this time I decided to use your recipe and they turned out perfect! I burnt the edges slightly, but that was because I used a different pan that was wider, so the brownies were flatter, but they still turned out great! Almost like box brownies.
Do i have to use the chocolate ?

Hi Laura!…. I have a doubt, can I use a different kind of chocolate because in my country I can’t find the bittersweet chocolate, I just find the semi sweet, milk chocolate and the unsweetened… can I use one of those?? thank you!

I made these chewy brownies but once the cooled completely they turned rock solid do you think it was because the butter got to hot because once I looked back at the butter it was almost boiling then I let it cool down a little bit and put in the choco ca let or do you think it’s because is so rounded my baking pan with aluminum I used the as seen in tv brownie Pan please let me know ASAP thanks :D

this is the question that haunts me (ehhhh not really but i’m curious) is what’s the key difference between the cakey brownies, fudgey brownies, and the chewy brownies? is it less butter than the other? more flour? hmmmmmm the wonders of these brownies is throughout my mind.

Is melting the butter actually makes it chewy? Because when you baked the fudgy ones, you didn’t melt it.

Pls help. Ive tried it once and it turns out great but when i make another batch it didnt turn out good. Its like the bottom is not yet cooked while the top is already a little toasted. I used same measurements but why and how did that happen? I appreciate your help. Thanks

hi Laura,i think that 40 min its a very long time to cook it ,first time i put them in the oven for 25 min and it was also too much cooked,second time i put it only 20 min and it was perfect!!!

These brownies are amazing!! I used 7 oz of semi sweet chocolate instead cause that’s all I had in hand. They are delicious, chewy and a tiny bit bitter, which i really like.

I added your homemade caramel sauce and a bit of sea salt to these to make salted caramel chewy brownies, and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect combination.
