Honey Almond Brownie – Delicious Light Moist Easy Eggless Brownie Recipe
5 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida),
3 tbsp Condensed Milk,
2 tbsp Honey,
1 tbsp Butter,
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder,
1/2 tsp Baking Powder,
1/2 tsp Baking Soda ( Soda-bi-carb),
2-3 tbsp Milk.
Honey for topping.
Take Condensed Milk, Butter, Soda-bi-Carb, Baking Powder, Honey and mix all the ingredients well. Do not use Electric Whisk. Mix with hand Whisk only. After you see some bubbles in the batter add all purpose Flour ( Maida) and Milk and mix well. For getting desired consistency add more milk to it. Now divide this mixture in two parts. In one part add Cocoa Powder and a little Milk and mix well. Pour both the parts of the batter, as shown, in a 6″ X 6″ pre-greased & dusted square tin. Sprinkle chopped Almond pieces on the top. Bake it at 180*C for 30 minutes. After baking Cool it for 5 minutes and then un mold it. Spread Honey on Brownie. Cool it then store it.
