TRANSCRIPT
Recently CHOW Headquarters there was a little bit of buzz because we’d run across these microwave brownies in a mug recipes. They are member recipes uploaded by users. I tested out two of them. They do work. They do good and this was my favorite and it’s by a member called adirao. You’ll need a twelve ounce mug. You’re going to mix two tablespoons of vegetable oil, two tablespoons of water, a few drops of vanilla extract, a dash of salt, and a pinch of instant coffee. Whisk all that together, then you whisk in three tablespoons of sugar, whisk two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa , and your final whisk is two tablespoons of four. Put it in the microwave for sixty to seventy-five seconds. It’s not a top-shelf brownie, by any means, but it’ll definitely satisfy the odd chocolate craving. It’s fun to make and it’s really good with a scoop of ice cream on top.
