Bakery Style Soft brownie
Ingredients
eggs 8 Pieces
Oil 250 gm
sugar 250 gm
flour 200 gm
cocoa powder 50 gm
baking powder 5 gm
Baking Soda 3 gm
Dark Chocolate 150 gm
Whipy Whip Whipping Cream 80 gm
Method
Take a bowl, mix eggs and sugar in it till it turns fluffy. Then add oil. Then add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in it. Mix it well with hands. Place in the brownie mold. Now bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170ยฐ.
Prepare Chocolate ganache with Chocolate and Whip Cream and use it for topping of the brownie.
