Egg-less brownie Recipe
Ingredients
Sugar 312 gm
flour 200 gm
Cocoa powder 90 gm
Oil 155 gm
Milk 185 gm
Yogurt 90 gm
Baking Powder 5 gm
Baking Soda 5 gm
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp.
salt 4 gm
warm water 90 gm
Crushed Walnut 50 gm
Compound chocolate 100 gm
Method
Take a bowl and mix sugar and oil in it. Now add milk in it till sugar gets dissolved in it. Then add yogurt and beat it well. Add Vanilla essence and cocoa powder in the mixture. Take a separate bowl; add baking powder and baking soda in it. Now add these dry ingredients into the mixture. Whisk it well. At the end add crushed walnut and water to this mixture and mix it well.
Pour the mixture into mold and bake at 170° for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take out sponge from the oven and decorate it with the chocolate.
