Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup oil (canola, vegetable, olive, coconut, etc.) (118g)
• 3 Tbsp water (45ml)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (1ml)
• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (250g)
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (90g)
• 2/3 cup cocoa powder (78g)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
• 2/3 to 3/4 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, semi-sweet, etc) (107 to 120g)
Tools:
– Bowls
– Spatula/wooden spoon
– Whisk
– 8×8 baking pan
– Parchment paper (optional)
– Cooking spray (or use shortening)
– Knife
