If I use unsalted butter can I skip the salt?
Can I replace semisweet chocolate to white chocolate instead to bake white chocolate brownies? Do I have to add additional ingredients to achieve the same richness as this recipe?
What if I take half of each ingridient measure and just make half of the whole thing? Would it work? I have a smaller pan.

I made these brownies earlier today, they turned out fantastic! I doubled the recipe and gave some to friends and family who loved it. For anyone who is in Europe (like me) and needs help with the conversion of recipes, I used the standard conversion found here and it worked great. The recipe turned out perfect, best fudgy brownies ever!
Can i leave out the chocolate and only add cocoa powder
I just put the brownies in the BBQ ( my oven doesnt work so i use my BBQ and its perfect! ) I added one drop of mint extract in mine, its soo delish!

For some reason, mine didn’t look this fudgy :(
I’ve found that all of her recipes and techniques are pretty definite. For example: if she says 1/2 cup, she means 1/2 cup. if she tells you to combine the wet ingredients, then combine the wet ingredients. If you choose to deviate from what she tells you, then it’s your fault if something doesn’t come out the way it should. This lady can really cook.
