Pumpkin Recipe:
1 Box Brownie Mix
1/3 cup Neutral Oil
2 Eggs
1 tbsp

2 Eggs
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can Pumpkin Puree
1 can Evaporated milk

Bake in a parchment lined pan for 40-45 min @ 350º F. Cool Completely. Slice into bars.
Whipped cream to garnish

    So I made this recipe, keep in mind, I’m not a fan of baking as I don’t like how structured it is and prefer cooking savory dishes over baking goodies. With that said, my recipe LOOKED great when done…but because I went rogue trying to be all creative and was not following your instructions, my recipe was a hot mess. LOL! I used the whole amount of water instead of just 1 tbsp of water…then realized why my batter was more runny than yours. Tried to fix it by adding 1 tbsp of instant coffee on top of the brownie batter, then realized the granules were just sitting on top, so I tried to stir it in with chopstick…added walnuts to the brownie layer…baked it all in a smaller baking dish than yours…which took over 75 minutes since I also had other stuff in the oven. And yeah, the brownie part didn’t cook all the way through and was still gooey…I just pretended it was lava cake. LOL! But I think I would stick with making my brownie separate from my pumpkin pie. The pumpkin layer was great, though! 🙂
