200g Chocolate, roughly chopped
175g Unsalted
325g Caster Sugar
130g Plain Flour
Icing Sugar, to decorate

    Sorry only getting to your comment now! Dark chocolate isn’t compulsory but
    it gives it a better flavour and tastes more chocolaty! I don’t like dark
    chocolate but once it’s in the brownie you cant tell that its dark. Glad
    you like my channel!

    You can use milk chocolate instead but it won’t have as much depth of
    flavour. Just make sure you use a good milk chocolate!
