Could I use milk chocolate instead?

Sorry only getting to your comment now! Dark chocolate isn’t compulsory but
it gives it a better flavour and tastes more chocolaty! I don’t like dark
chocolate but once it’s in the brownie you cant tell that its dark. Glad
    you like my channel!

You can use milk chocolate instead but it won’t have as much depth of
flavour. Just make sure you use a good milk chocolate!

Can I melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave? Also, does the butter
have to be room temp or cold?
