   Put some oil on ginger & garlic paste keep in refrigerator. it stays for a week

   Suchi soak garlic in water for 10-15min it would be extremely easy to peel them ..they just slide off easily from skin.. Good luck I am sure you would be able to do this easily.

   When the ginger is more than garlic in the paste It turns green, also pour some cooking oil in the paste, it will remain fresh
