INGREDIENTS
For the Brownie Base:
1 Cup / 220g Avocado Puree
300g Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
2T butter
35g Confectioners Swerve
3 Eggs, room temperature
28g Coconut Flakes
50g Unsweetened Coco powder (minus 4 Tablespoons)

Preheat oven to 400 degress. In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate chips. Let cool. Add avocado and mix. Mix in eggs 1 at a time. Mix in coconut flakes and coco powder. Mix in Swerve. Pour into a buttered, shallow dish. Bake uncovered 12-18 minutes.

1.5 Avocados
4T Unsweetened Coco Powder
50g Confectioners Swerve
Mix all ingredients together.
