Today, let's make some brownies! The base turned out amazingly well, and the …try it, you may like it! 🙂

INGREDIENTS
For the Brownie Base:
1 Cup / 220g Avocado Puree
300g Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
2T
35g Confectioners Swerve
3 Eggs, room temperature
28g Coconut Flakes
50g Unsweetened Coco (minus 4 Tablespoons)

NUTRITION
For the Brownie Base Only:
2,358 Calories
190g Fat
51g Net Carbs
56g Protein

Preheat oven 400 degress. In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate chips. Let cool. Add avocado and mix. Mix in eggs 1 a time. Mix in coconut flakes and coco powder. Mix in Swerve. Pour into a buttered, shallow dish. Bake uncovered 12-18 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
For the “Frosting”:
1.5 Avocados
4T Unsweetened Coco Powder
50g Confectioners Swerve

Mix all ingredients together.

    coconut is 3 times more absorbent than almond flour I think you need some water to thin it out but well done Ally!

    Instead of syrup i would use heavy cream and warm it slightly to dissolve the sweetner if you dont want to use a keto friendly syrup sub. It would add a little moisture. I like the suggestion on this video to use cream instead of avacadah for the icing too. I love how you say avacadah….dont let rude comments from jerk people about it bother you….make another video and emphasize the *dah* ????
