Kit Kat Cheesecake Brownies
Love Kit Kats? Then Kit Kat cheesecake brownies are for you! These are totally fun to make because who doesn’t love playing with candy!! Three layers make these bars extra special and the kids will love these, too!
  1. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 3/4 cup butter
  6. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  7. 3 eggs
  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  9. Kit Kat bars (4 full-size packages)
Cream Cheese Topping
  1. 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 eggs, room temperature
  3. 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (original calls for 16 ounces)
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 9×13 pan with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in the microwave in a large plastic bowl.
  3. Stir in sugar. Then stir in eggs and add vanilla until mixed.
  4. Next add all the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan. Gently press 16 individual Kit Kat bars on top of the brownie batter.
Cream Cheese Topping
  1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add the confectioners sugar and then vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour on top of brownie batter and Kit Kats.
  2. Bake for 55-60 minutes. The top will turn golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and cool completely. Then chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before serving.
