SALTED FUDGE BROWNIES!!! but with 2 you would never think of 🙂 Hey friends this week we are and we are dealing it in fudge style. xo DC

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Black Beans
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Oats or
2 Tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar (or add extra honey)
2 tsp baking Powder
1 Tbsp White Miso Paste
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

100g Chocolate, melted

Method:
1. Preheat oven 350 F (170 degrees C.)
2. In order as they come pop all these tasty ingredients into a Vitamix or food processor and blitz until combined
3. Grease a square 8” tin butter or extra coconut oil and using a spatula transfer that amazing mix into it.Smooth it out and push it all to edges so it cooks evenly
4. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares. Finish by drizzling with melted chocolate

    okay, not the most conventional ingredients for a fudge brownie with the miso paste and black beans, but I think I might give it a go some time soon. since it was my birthday last weekend and I still have to celebrate it 🙂
