Great video! I love the editing and humor throughout. I appreciate reviewing the recipe from the perspective of a more novice baker, especially compared to Claire’s level of knowledge. I look forward to more videos!

How far would you go for Claire? Would you temper chocolate for her?

Next time you dont have a smaller baking pan, using the aluminum foil, create a wall in the pan so you can create a smaller baking area, you can use anything ovenproof to stop the wall from moving away cause of the batter

Jess I want to give these brownies a try after watching this! I got the Dessert Person cookbook too and made the Almond Butter Banana Bread on my channel. Try it out it’s vvvv yummy. What else are you going to make?

On the real, the reason they came out so good MUST have been because of mixing with chopsticks. Goals that make my Asian American heart soar

“I’m a huge simp for Claire Saffitz” Me: I’ve come to the right place. Liked and suscribed. I don’t even like brownies that much but this look so delicious. Hope you keep cooking more recipes.

3:00 she wants you to set up a double boiler! you boil water underneath your bowl of ingredients. it’s great for melting chocolate – I think it’s nice because it heats things evenly. otherwise with chocolate, you have to heat stir heat stir heat stir constantly to keep it from burning
