Calling all KitKat fans! This KitKat brownie recipe is a must-try, its fluffy yet decadent texture (almost like rich cakey brownies) is so good on its own but even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Throw in any of your favourite KitKat flavours (milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, matcha, strawberry – you name it and it can be done) and it's an absolute customised treat!

2 Packets of Milk Chocolate KitKat (8 KitKat fingers)
100g Unsalted butter (melted)
200g Dark chocolate (melted)
240g Caster sugar
30g Cocoa powder (sifted)
½ tsp Salt
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
60g Plain flour (sifted)
Garnish:
Mixed berries
