Recipe:
Ingredients
Brownie
1½ cups pitted dates
½ cup ground almonds
½ cup walnuts
½ cup milled linseed/flaxseed
½ cup raw cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
Chocolate topping:
½ cup raw cacao
½ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Put all the brownie ingredients in a blender.
Blend until all combined.
Press firmly into a lined baking tray.
Combine all the chocolate topping ingredients in a bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Pour chocolate over the brownie base.
Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Cut into slices.
