   Hey Emmy! I read the recipe you link in and on the website it says 5 C butter and 5 C mochiko flour, but when you did the brownies, I can already guess is less than that. Am I reading it wrong or what? haha ?

   Couple weeks ago, I made a version of it. Mine uses more rice flour and water in it, so the brownies become very “mochi mochi”, bouncy texture, heheheh 🙂
