257g or 1 Cup and 2 Tbsp. Water
116g or 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
12g or 1 stick of Unsalted Butter
473g or 1 and 1/3 Cup of White Sugar
293g or 2 and 1/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
65g or 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder 100% Cacao
15g or 1 Tbsp. of Baking Soda
130g or 1/2 Cup plus 1 Tbsp. of Fresh or Filled Milk
3 pieces of Eggs
1 Tbsp. of Vanilla Extract
Initial Baking
Baking Temperature: 100 degrees centigrade
Baking Time: 100 minutes
Final Baking
Baking Temperature: 140 degrees centigrade
Baking Time: 40 minutes
Pan Size: 9.8 inches (any size will do as long as it will only fill 2/3 of the pan)
