My “Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Oats” Recipe

Here's my go to pre meal recipe for some delicious peanut and protein , ready in under 3 minutes! All you need is the following:

-3/4 Cup Oats
-1 Cup Almond
-1 Tbsp Powder (PB2)
-1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
-1 Whole
-1/2 scoop protein powder

Total Macros:
-25g protein
-72g carb
-450 calories

I have this everyday before I go to the gym and it's one of my favorite meals of all time. Try it out, and let me know if you enjoy it!

    for some extra nutrients you can also in a coffee grinder grind some sunflower, pumpkin and other seeds

    I was doing oats every day too, but eventually I started getting digestive problems, so I switched to hot rice cereal like juji and it works out great.
