Wait…what? All my favourite things in one bake? You must be joking! NO!! It’s real, people. Butter Cookie Dough Brownie is HERE!
Minor technical problem. Hopefully it won’t ruin your enjoyment! 🙂

Recipe –
For the Brownie…
165g 70% dark chocolate
165g unsalted butter
330g caster sugar
3 large
45g cocoa powder
120g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

For the PBCD…
85g unsalted butter, soft
150g light brown soft sugar
15g demerara sugar
3 tbsp yoghurt
210g smooth butter
150g plain flour
3/4 tsp salt
50g milk chocolate

For the Ganache…
150g 70%dark chocolate
150 double cream

Reese’s Butter Cups and roasted and peanuts to decorate.

    Wth is everyone on about with baking flour?? What are you on?? Flour is perfectly fine to eat raw and there is absolutely no need to sterilize it. Eggs, i understand but flour? Really come on people, stop being so pedantic.

    If you are in the USA, highly recommend baking your flour first if you’re eating raw cookie dough. You can google it.

    i think it would be cute to use a blondie on the bottom, make blue/aqua cookie dough, and make white chocolate ganache swirled with blue garnish on top to look like a slice of the ocean

    Im sorry if this sounds rude but would it be okay if you could add in the measurements in cups? I don’t have a measuring scale at home and I only have cups. I came across your channel and developed an interest for all your videos. Ever since you uploaded this recipe I started to make it but I only have cups. Would it be too much to ask you to include measurements in cups? And also, when I made this brownie, my cookie dough did not stick to my brownie and got separated easily when I cut them.
