Tami!!!! I’m sending this to as many vegan youtubers as i can in hopes
someone will answer: I’ve been trying to be vegan for almost a year now,
but for some reason I keep falling of the bandwagon. I’m sure that I’m not
eating enough, because I’m always thinking of food and craving anything
fatsweet&salty, but no matter how big of a healthy vegan meal I eat, I’m
always left unsatisfied. I’m afraid of eating up to 2k calories, because
    I’m 5 ft 2 and I feel that I definitely don’t need that much food and I
will gain weight (and have the same story as High Carb Hannah did), because
I will be eating more than burning. I’m a student aka sedentary lifestyle
+no energy to workout (worst excuse but I can’t help it??) and I live in a
cold climate, where it’s below 0 degrees almost for half a year and fruit
isn’t of best quality. I hate milk on it’s own, but stuff like puddings and
desserts are something I crave too often. Also, here where I live, there
aren’t many vegan options in restaurants, and if there are, they’re low cal
and not filling at all. I don’t know what to do at this point? I hate
contributing to the death of animals etc etc, I’ve turned my friend vegan
almost a year ago and she’s loving it, but I just can’t? Can someone help?
    Thank you if you do.
