I made this a few days ago and was all gone in a day! So good, I have
however one question, I dont know if it is the food colouring or the
vinagre but everytime I made red velvet it makes so many bubbles and gets
so moist it sticks and falls apart! Any tip.?

I used the vinagre I use to make sushi! Had to put them in the fridge, but
it was still amazingly tasty and delicious !

one observation! Isn’t Laura of Italian descent? Why is she using cream
cheese for the cheese cake? the best cheesecake is make from a combination
of ricotta and mascarpone. for a typical cheese cake mix; 500 grams of
ricotta, 250 grams of mascarpone, around 150 grams of caster sugar and
three beaten eggs. mix the ricotta, mascarpone and sugar together and then
mix in the eggs into it. it will give you a much creamier texture and it
doesn’t taste as heavy as this ‘cream cheese’
