Hi Stephanie! Greetings from Brazil! I hate to admit, but I wouldn’t trade
any of your chocolate recipes for our famous “brigadeiro”. Your brownie
recipes are the best I’ve ever tried: simple and perfect. Thank you for
    sharing, I love your videos!

  24. mj85810 on May 28, 2015: (Reply)

Will the nuts roast if they’re in the oven for 5 minutes or do you
recommend roasting them prior to putting them on the brownies?

5:45 I like your wire whisk. I’ve never seen a rainbow colored one. 🙂
    It’s pretty.

  27. CraftsAndMore315 on May 28, 2015: (Reply)

12:08 you have the most beautiful utensils. Is that a blue paring knife you
are using? As in even the blade is blue? It is such a beautiful color. Or
is the just the reflection of the blue handle on a regular metal blade? But
the blade looks blue. I have never seen that before either. Very pretty.

    • Regina Smith on May 28, 2015: (Reply)

that was probably a ceramic knife. ceramic knives are very hard and durable
and rarely need sharpening. and since they are ceramic, they come in many
      beautiful colors!

    • CraftsAndMore315 on May 28, 2015: (Reply)

      +Regina Smith Thank you. 🙂

Looks amazing! I would definitely recreate these including chocolate chips
in the brownies and I even thought about putting nutella inside. Maybe not
a lit but just a little.

thank you for another delicious looking recipe. I have a question. I would
like to make videos of dishes I prepare and put them on Youtube. I am ill
with multiple health problems and eat a specialized diet and I believe
there are many people with my health problems (pre-diabetic/insulin
resistant and high blood pressure, etc.) who would like to see videos
featuring lower sodium, lower carb and lower calorie recipes, or at least,
I hope there are people who would like to see such recipes, which I have
developed during my illness. I do not have the knowledge base at this time
to shoot, edit, etc., videos. I like not only the content of your videos,
but your presentation. Do you mind telling me the microphone system you
use? I can hear you speak very clearly, which is not always the case on
Youtube videos, and I see there is a mike and when you place items in the
oven, there is something, a black box-like thing on your waist. Can you
tell me the manufacturer name of that sound item and where I can purchase
one and if you don’t mind, how much it cost? Can you tell me the video
camera you use, the editing system? Was it hard to learn to edit? Is it
difficult to load videos onto Youtube and is there any technical help to
help people do so? Any info you don’t mind sharing would be greatly
    appreciated. Thank you.

+noviceprepper53 the wireless lavalier mic we use is a Sennheiser ew100 g3.
Unfortunately it is not cheap, Amazon wants $700 for the set. To use it
your camera must have an external input and many don’t. We use a 2 camera
      setup, camera 1 is a Nikon D7000 and camera 2 is a Nikon D3100 with a
telephoto lens. For editing we use Cyberlink Power Director for windows.
There is a bit of a learning curve for everything especially the editing
software. Uploading to YouTube is easy. Just be logged in and click the
upload button at the top right of the screen. Select the video file and the
      upload will begin.

baking chocolate and I wouldn’t give up until I took a bite of it….Lesson
    learned : )
