Salted Caramel Brownie Trifle
Serves 7-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-sugar 1 Cup
-Water 2 tbs
-Makhan (butter) 3-4 tbs
-Olper's dairy cream ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
-Sugar 4-5 tbs or to taste
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper's dairy cream 400ml
Assembling:
-Brownie
-Akhrot (Walnuts) crushed
Directions:
-Add butter and mix well.
-On low flame,add cream and mix well.
-Add salt,vanilla essence,mix well and cook on very low flame for a minute.Salted caramel sauce is ready!
-Let it cool.
Prepare Caramel Cream Custard:
-In saucepan,add milk and bring it to boil.
-In a bowl,add egg yolks,sugar and whisk well.
-Add vanilla essence,cornflour and mix well.
-Add ½ Cup of hot milk in a bowl and whisk well.
-Now add this mixture into hot milk and whisk continuously and cook until it become thick and creamy.
-Turn off the flame,add ¼ Cup of prepared salted caramel sauce and reserve for later use and whisk well.
-In a bowl,add ice cubes and place another small bowl in it.
-In a small bowl,add cream and beat well with the help of beater for 5-6 minutes until stiff peaks form.
-Now add prepared custard and mix until well combined.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add prepared salted caramel sauce,brownie,salted caramel sauce,walnuts,prepared caramel cream custard,salted caramel sauce,brownie,salted caramel sauce,walnuts and caramel cream custard.
-Garnish with chocolate shavings and salted caramel sauce.

-Chulha halka karein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Namak aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.Salted caramel sauce tayyar hai!
-Thanda ker lein.

-Bowl mein anday ki zardi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Vanilla essence aur cornflour dal ker whisk ker lein.
-1/2 Cup garam doodh ko bowl mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,1/4 Cup tayyar salted caramel sauce dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur baqi sauce ko bad mein use kernay side per rakh dein.
-Thande ker lein aur istamal kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur chota bowl rakh dein.
-Chotay bowl mein cream dal dein aur beater ki madad sa stiff peaks form hunay tak 5-6 minutes kliya beater ki madad sa beat ker lein.
-Ab tayyar custard dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein tayyar salted caramel sauce,brownie,salted caramel sauce,akhrot,tayyar caramel cream custard,salted caramel sauce,brownie,salted caramel sauce aur caramel cream custard dal dein.
-Chocolate shavings aur salted caramel sauce sa garnish ker lein.
