Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted
3 1/2 ounces chocolate (about the size of 1 chocolate bar)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 to 4 scoops vanilla ice cream, for serving

    Looks amazing – just a comment from experience – cast iron skillets take hell of a lot heat – which means that even if you bake your brownies for a short time, the heat of the skillet will cook it to a cake texture. That’s why these kind of pans are not a good option to me, I like brownies pretty gooey in the middle 🙂
