Nails – Nothing, na-dah.

Super Gooey Chocolate Recipe Ingredients:
250g Unsalted Butter
200g Dark
360g Caster Sugar (this is A LOT and can be reduced if you’d like)
65g Plain Flour
80g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs

Melt, mix then in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Quick Tips to Make Them Even Better:
– Stick them in the oven for a tiny bit longer than I did as mine were a tad TOO gooey.
– Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge so they don’t melt into one gigantic ball (though that does sound good).
– Tie your hair like I didn’t. I had intentions – promise. Spot the hair tie 😉

It is a little too much sugar for what I have, what is the minimum amount
suggested? Alternatively has anyone got a recipe I can use?

+ViviannaDoesMakeup Hello Anna and other fellow chocoholics out there!
This “Lazy Cake” recipe is SO EASY and SO DIVINE!!! From one chocoholic to
another…I HADE TO SHARE IT!!! 😀 Hope you get to make it and LOVE IT as
much as me and my family do. Keep it in your freezer and cut a slice
whenever you want that chocolate fix :P. Here it is:

    1 stick butter (100 g) melted
    3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( I use Hershey’s)
    1 can Nestle Condensed milk
    1 tbsp starch
use any kind of biscuit ( I used Ulker Tea biscuit, you can use butter
biscuit or digestive cookies or any type of tea biscuit like Marie)

Add melted butter to the condensed milk in a bowl stir add cocoa powder
(sift it to avoid clumps along with starch) mix al until smooth , break the
biscuit into almond size pieces on top of the chocolate and stir all
together. Put on plastic wrap and put in freezer or you can put it in a
loaf mould and pop in freezer and enjoy after a couple of hours! Wet knife
with hot water and cut into pieces and Enjoy! <3

    Enjoy the chocolate goodness! xoxo

  45. hera786 on May 25, 2014: (Reply)

I switched up the dark chocolate for milk and the cocoa powder for dark
chocolate cocoa powder and used 300g of sugar instead and it was literally
the PERFECT amount of chocolatey not too much and not too little!!! gah so

Um, it’s probably best to cream the butter/sugar first, then mix in the
melted chocolate, eggs, and dry ingredients. It dissolves the sugar and
since you’re not over-mixing, the batter doesn’t get tough.
