The Best Fudgy Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients:
140 grams caster sugar
140 grams milk
205 grams dark chocolate, room temperature and chopped finely
75 grams salted butter, melted
140 grams all purpose flour
40 grams cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
zest of 1 orange, optional

I have used a 9 x 9 inch square baking tin. I've also greased the tin and lined it with parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 160 C. at 160 C for 22 โ€“ 24 minutes or until a knife or toothpick inserted in the centre emerges clean with just a few moist crumbs. There shouldn't be any wet batter left.

Let the brownies cool in the pan for 40 โ€“ 50 minutes, then remove from the baking tin and let it cool completely, preferably overnight.
