Ingredients:
1 scoop (30g) of Rocky Road http://tidd.ly/6aa28888 (HRISTOV15 FOR 15% OFF)
2 tbsp (20g) oat flour
1 tbsp (5g) cocoa
1 tbsp (5g)
2 tbsp (30ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp (40g) non-fat greek yogurt
a pinch of baking powder

Directions:
Mix until well combined.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (1250 watt) microwave used.
Top with whatever you want.
Enjoy.
