2 tbsp (30ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp (40g) non-fat greek yogurt
a pinch of baking powder
Directions:
Mix until well combined.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (1250 watt) microwave used.
Top with whatever you want.
