Here’s the recipe for my ultra indulgent, gooey, .
I’ve added chopped hazelnuts my recipe, but if you don’t like nuts, leave them out, or add what ever nuts or fruit you fancy!

a pan melt together
200g Good quality milk chocolate,
110g Good quality dark chocolate,
250g Unsalted .

In anther bowl gently mix
300g Golden caster sugar,
4 Eggs,

fold in 70g Plain flour,
60g Cocoa powder,
100g Chopped hazelnuts (optional)

at 140 Fan for 40-50 mins

    @matrileybakes what about a conventional oven temperature? higher or lower?
    And if I don’t want them too gooey how long do I bake them for?
