Here’s the recipe for my ultra indulgent, gooey, delicious chocolate brownies.
I’ve added chopped hazelnuts to my recipe, but if you don’t like nuts, leave them out, or add what ever nuts or fruit you fancy!
In a pan melt together
200g Good quality milk chocolate,
110g Good quality dark chocolate,
250g Unsalted butter.
In anther bowl gently mix
300g Golden caster sugar,
fold in 70g Plain flour,
60g Cocoa powder,
100g Chopped hazelnuts (optional)
bake at 140 Fan for 40-50 mins
