    Thank you Vaughn. Great idea (especially for those of us who love peppermint bark).
    I thinking about 2 small changes – 1) a tiny bit of espresso powder to the melted chocolate and 2) chilling the dough (even overnight) before baking.

    I made these yesterday and they were delicious! Came out super fudgy and chewy. I couldn’t find peppermint extract, so I just added more candy cane on the top
