1. Brownie in a Cup

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 yolk
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

2. Brownie Cupcakes

1 cup Nutella
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs

3. Cookie Dough Brownies

115grams/4oz chocolate
1 cup/2 sticks of butter
2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
TBS vanilla extract
1 cup flour

Cookie Dough:
2 cups flour = 256grams
3/4 cup butter = 170grams
1 cup brown sugar = 200grams
1/2 cup white sugar = 220grams

4. White Chocolate Brownies – Blondies

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
5 Tbsp/60g butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

5. S’mores Brownie Pie

1 1/2 cups crushed /biscuits
6 Tablespoons/90g butter
1/3 cup/65g sugar

BROWNIES:
10 Tablespoons/150g butter
1-1/4 cups/250g sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup/62g flour
large marshmallows

6. Nutella Fudge Brownies

1 cup/280g Nutella
2 eggs
10 tbs/62g plain flour
3 55g mars bars

7. Nutella Espresso Mousse Brownies

½ cup/1 stick butter
1 shot espresso or 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup self raising flour
Pinch of salt

For the mousse layer:
1 shot espresso or 2 teaspoons instant espresso
¼ cup Nutella
1 cup whipping cream

8. Kit Kat Brownies

170g/6 ounces chocolate
½ cup/1stick butter
2 ½ cups sugar
Kit Kat’s
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour

9. Brownie Butter cake

140g (5oz) dark chocolate
50g (¼ cup) butter
50g (¼ cup) brown sugar
1 Egg
35g (¼ cup) flour

Butter cake:
120g (½ cup) butter
100g (½ cup) sugar
2 Eggs
120g (1 cup) self raising flour
50ml (3 ½ Tbsp) milk

10. Chocolate Mint Brownies

1 cup (230g) butter
8 ounces (230g) chocolate
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (21g) cocoa powder

MINT FROSTING LAYER
1/2 cup (115g) butter
2 cups (240g) confectioners’ sugar
2 Tablespoons (30ml) milk
1 and 1/4 teaspoons peppermint extract
green food colouring

CHOCOLATE LAYER
1/2 cup (115g) butter
1 heaping cup (around 200g) chocolate chips

1 cup/250g butter
200g dark chocolate
1 1/4 cups/205g brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups/190g self raising flour
4 eggs
250g white chocolate
1/2 cup/125ml cream
12 small candy canes

    I’ve tried the same brownie recipe before its really good. (BTW it was from an older video of his) It is the closest you can get to a brownie from an oven. The other recipes I’ve tried aren’t very sweet or are too dry
