2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

2. Brownie Cupcakes

1 cup Nutella
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs

TBS vanilla extract

Cookie Dough:
2 cups flour = 256grams
3/4 cup butter = 170grams

1/2 cup white sugar = 220grams

5 Tbsp/60g butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups crushed cookies/biscuits
6 Tablespoons/90g butter
1/3 cup/65g sugar

BROWNIES:
10 Tablespoons/150g butter
1-1/4 cups/250g sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup/62g flour
large marshmallows

1 shot espresso or 2 teaspoons instant espresso
¼ cup Nutella
1 cup whipping cream

50ml (3 ½ Tbsp) milk

1 cup (230g) butter
8 ounces (230g) chocolate
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (21g) cocoa powder

MINT FROSTING LAYER
1/2 cup (115g) butter
2 cups (240g) confectioners' sugar
2 Tablespoons (30ml) milk
1 and 1/4 teaspoons extract
green food colouring

CHOCOLATE LAYER
1/2 cup (115g) butter
1 heaping cup (around 200g) chocolate chips

1/2 cup/125ml cream

    I’ve tried the same brownie recipe before its really good. (BTW it was from an older video of his) It is the closest you can get to a brownie from an oven. The other recipes I’ve tried aren’t very sweet or are too dry
