VEGAN BROWNIES! Gluten free, oil free, & low fat! Today’s recipe was a bit of a fail, but eh… you win some you lose some.
R E C I P E :
2 medium sized sweet potatoes cooked & mashed (approx. 2 cups cubed)
2 cups of pitted dates (soaked)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp cacao powder (or use cocoa powder!!)
handful of vegan dark chocolate chips
handful of chopped walnuts
BAKE @ 180C/350F for 20-30 minutes. Poke with fork or toothpick and if it comes out clean, it’s done!
