Vegan Flourless Black Bean Brownie Recipe

These are my favorite flourless brownies. These can be made fat if you omit the oil, but I think they turn out best when you add in a small amount of oil.

Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans
1/2 – 3/4 Cup Sweetener of Choice… Depends how sweet you like it
2 1/2 Tbs Ground Flax
1-2 Tsp Coffe
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Cocoa
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
Topped With Free Chunks

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

    I just wanted to let you know that hershey’s uses child and slave labor to
    source their chocolate in West Africa. You can get more information about
    this by going on the website of the Food Empowerment Project. They also
    provide a long list of brands that source their chocolate ethically, so you
    can purchase an alternative next time you run out of cacao.
