Hope you are all getting into the Holiday Spirit!

I was thrilled that so many of you asked for this . I love you so much, even malfunctioning food processors couldn't keep me from DELIVERING this to you! (You'll see when you watch the video!?)

These brownies are raw, , , gluten free, free of processed and absolutely healthy and !

Message me below and let me know if you like them and if you shared them with your family and friends. You may even convert some of them to raw vegan?

1 cup almond meal/pulp (you can ground up your own raw in a high speed blender if you want)
7/8 cup almond meal/pulp and 1 scoop raw vegan vanilla protein powder
1 cup pitted dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut nectar
4 tablespoons of cocao
2-3 tablespoons almond (2 tbsp for thicker more brownie-like texture and 3 tbsp for more fudge-like texture)
Mix in the food processor, place on a pan and put in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes

1 cup almonds soaked for at least 4-6 hours
3 cups pure/filtered water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 heaping tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon coconut nectar
Blend together then strain the almond pulp with a cheese cloth

I like video’s much more where you talk to your audience instead to John Arthur 90% in this video. Just giving constructive criticism.

Thanks for the recipe. I love the dance clips in the beginning. I think it’s fun when you speak to John Arthur cuz that’s real life!

I made a version with coconut instead of almond pulp. A typical teenager who came to dinner ate most of them! I was actually honored that he liked them so much
