Ingredients
Cookie Dough Layer
- 1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Chocolate Topping Layer
- 2 cup (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon butter
*Optional -Chocolate Sauce To Squeeze On Top
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 2/3 cups white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla, and beat on medium speed for about three minutes.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Cookie Dough Layer
- In a medium bowl, combine butter with white and brown sugars.
- Add milk and vanilla and mix until combined. Then add the flour. Spread this over the cooled brownie.
Chocolate Topping Layer
*Optional - Chocolate Sauce Layer
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Let cool.
- Put the chocolate sauce into a piper or a small plastic bag where you cut a tip off one corner. Squeeze onto each piece of Brownie when you cut and serve.
