Bailey’s Brownies
I decided on my oooey gooey fudgey brownies, and added a big splash of Bailey’s. I think we all know that chocolate + Bailey’s is a fabulous combination.
  1. 1 stick unsalted butter
  2. 3 squares baking chocolate
  3. 2 cups sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 cup flour
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1/4 cup irish cream liqueur (Bailey’s)
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter and baking sqaures in a microwave safe bowl. In the mixing bowl, cream melted butter and chocolate mixture. Add in sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in eggs, beating one at a time. Add flour and stir just until combined. Stir in Bailey’s.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish (I used a 10 x 10 square cake pan). Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until just barely done.
