If you are looking for a gluten free brownie that is a little healthier than your normal brownies these are for you.
- 1 1/4 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 /2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 35o degrees
- In a food processor or blender puree cooked quinoa, milk, butter, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into an 8×8 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
